Wim Elfrink

Advisory Board Chairman

Wim Elfrink is the Founder and President of WPE Ventures Digitized Solutions - which focuses on security and digitization solutions that leverage the Internet of Things (IoT) technology to drive transformational business outcomes. Wim is an investor, advisor and consultant in early-stage, emerging and growth companies that are enabling the digitization of society. Wim is one of the pioneers in the field of IoT and Digitization. He worked as advisor to a number of Smart-City initiatives, worldwide. Dubai Smart city development is example of one such initiative.

During his 18 year tenure at Cisco, Wim managed a broad horizon of responsibilities as an Executive Officer and a member of Cisco's Operating Committee. As Cisco’s Executive Vice President of Industry Solutions and Chief Globalization Officer, he was instrumental in establishing Cisco's second world headquarters in India.

In 2009, Daily News & Analysis named Elfrink one of Bangalore’s 50 Most Influential People. In 2013, he received the Ambassador C. Howard Wilkins, Jr. Award from the Netherlands-America Foundation.

As the Chairman of the Advisory Board, Wim will help in CyberTech’s transition from Success to Leadership in the areas of Advanced Mapping Analytics and Digital Transformation.

Faiyaz Shahpurwala

Advisory Board Member

Mr. Shahpurwala is a global technology leader who operates with a start-up mentality; focused on building strong teams that are centered on a culture of innovation, with a record of creating, building and leading multiple services and product organizations. He is highly skilled in driving ideas from inception through development to established businesses that contribute to the top and bottom line.

Throughout his 23 years tenure at Cisco, Faiyaz managed a wide range of responsibilities at leadership level. He led the creation, development and implementation of Cisco’s Global Intercloud infrastructure, and built a team from zero to 600+ over two years. He accomplished 60% revenue growth in two years leading Cisco’s Global Intercloud Infrastructure.

Mr. Shahpurwala is the inventor and patent holder of NatKit, a remote network monitoring tool. He is also on the board of several foundations.

Mr. Shahpurwala holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Western Michigan University.

As a Member of the Advisory Board, Mr. Faiyaz Shahpurwala will help CyberTech in transforming the platform architecture to support the non-linear growth of the company.

Joseph M. Vanek

Advisory Board Member

Mr. Joseph M. Vanek is the owner of Vanek, Vickers and Masini, P.C. and a renowned commercial litigation practitioner, with a focus on intellectual property and antitrust. He also has deep expertise in trademark law, representing some Fortune 100 Companies. He is a passionate, serial entrepreneur. In 2004, he co-founded AutoMark Technical Systems, LLC and grew it to $100 mn. He was awarded two patents, as well. Recently, he assisted in the creation of Array Enterprises, LLC, a business dedicated to the employee and customer incentive and reward business. He is also a member of the Boston College Law School - Dean's Advisory Board. In 2014, Mr. Vanek received the William J. Kenealy, SJ, Alumnus of the Year Award. He holds a Juris Doctor (Honors) degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor’s (Honors) degree from Creighton University. As a member of the Advisory Board, Mr. Vanek will assist with the formulation of corporate strategy and help drive and support CyberTech’s non-linear growth.

Jefferson McMillan

Special Advisor

Mr. Jefferson McMillan is the Manager, Healthcare Analytics at Northwestern University. He has over 8 years of Data Warehousing and Analytics experience.

Mr. McMillan, an analytics executive and experienced data scientist has a dream of creating a world based on data, advanced analytics, and community understanding. He believes that knowledge gained during the course of everyday life will help improve our culture, business and safety. From cybersecurity to market placement to treating patients, all produce and thereby should consume data. Data in the hands of a well-trained analysts can change the world for a better future.

Mr. McMillan is a graduate from The Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics.

As a Special Advisor, Mr. McMillan is helping CyberTech in enhancing CyberServe and improvising its Healthcare solution.
