The design stage is where a Proof-of-Concept is built, that provides an early view of the solution.
The activities in this phase include preparing a detailed project plan, prioritization of features for the POC, Design, Development, and Testing and packaging of the POC.
This is an intermediate delivery stage before the final delivery that aims to establish the proof of concept. The client can now almost feel the solution that he/she had entrusted us to develop. What remains now is just a formality.

The first stage of this phase begins with a project plan, that illustrates the phased out software release timelines. A ist of features with priority levels for each release, deliverables, is also outlined.
Following this, a detailed design document containing all the prioritized POC features is created.
Finally, a fully coded, compiled and tested POC with the associated release and installation documents is created.
