This Concept-to-launch phase involves activities such as preparing a project plan and a design document of the complete product. This is followed by a completely coded, tested and packaged solution with installation and release documents, as an alpha-ready product.
Processes are measured at every stage and detailed reports clarifying the same are submitted at every stage of our work. Our processes also take into account change and risk management functions.

The alpha-level software is then deployed at the customer site and progressively moved through to a beta and final release of the solution.
Transparent project management and change management practices are employed, that emphasize customer communication at pre-determined intervals through email, teleconferencing and video conferencing.
This ensures that the customer and project delivery teams carry a consistent understanding of requirements and project status at all times.
