Personal Health Care
CyberTech provides its employees with facilities for extensive health check-ups. Employees above 40 years, can avail of the check-up facility once a year; while those below 40 years, can avail of this once in two years.
Employee Referral Scheme
The employee referral scheme is implemented to encourage employees refer friends and relatives for employment at CyberTech.
Paid Days Off
Employees are eligible to 30 working days per year as vacation leave.
Maternity leave is for a period of 12 weeks, which is inclusive of intervening Saturdays, Sundays, and other holidays.
All employees who complete five years of service in the Company are entitled to Gratuity calculated at the rate of fifteen day's basic salary for every completed year of service.
