Cyber Tech Systems Board recommends Dividend of 10% for 2008-09 :

Cyber Tech Systems & Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2009, inter alia, has recommended the payment of Equity Dividend of Rs 1/- per Equity Share (10% of the nominal value of Rs 10 per Equity Share) subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The stock was trading at Rs.12.65, up by Rs.0.03 or 0.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.40 and low of Rs.12.65.
