- Vish Tadimety
CEO
Vish Tadimety and the management team are focused on building CyberTech into a Geographic Solutions powerhouse. Vish is the CEO of CyberTech and founded the company in 1990. At CyberTech he built several promising technology practice areas such as Internetworking Solutions, Web eSolutions and Public Sector to substantial size and scale. He also set up and managed several international locations in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Japan.
In 2000, Vish & Steve Jeske co founded Corliant with seed Capital from Cisco Systems and partner venture capital funds. Corliant designed next generation IP networks for Telecomm and Enterprise clients. In 2007, Accenture acquired Corliant and Vish was named Global Managing Director for Cisco Solutions Unit at Accenture. Vish has since returned to CyberTech as the CEO. Vish has extensive experience as a turnaround specialist, raising capital from public markets, strategic partners and venture funds. Vish holds an advanced degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.
- Steven Jeske
CFO and Director
Steven Jeske has been Chief Financial Officer of CyberTech since 1999. At CyberTech he has been involved in strategy and financing decisions, including building several promising technology practice areas such as Internetworking and Geospatial Solutions to substantial size and scale. He also set up or managed several international locations in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Japan. In 2000, Viswanath & Steve co-founded Corliant with seed capital from Cisco and several venture capital funds. Corliant designed next generation IP networks for Telecomm and Enterprise clients. In 2007, Corliant was sold to Accenture where it became a core piece of their Cisco internetworking strategy.
Steve is a serial entrepreneur having been involved in the formation, financing and growth of several high profile start-ups. He is a CPA, former manager at PWC and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
- Raman Subramanian
Executive Director
Raman has a vast experience of 25 years, out of which 12 years in CyberTech. Raman is heading the global operations for accounting at CyberTech and is involved in the areas of Strategic planning, budgeting forecasting and Taxation. In his current role he is also responsible for bringing important financial controls to the Company. He has been a key member of the management team and has helped various areas such as Implementation and integration of accounting systems, financial management reporting and analysis. His experience has been used to streamline Company’s accounting policies, procedures, strengthen controls and facilitated relationships with the Company’s auditors, bankers, lawyers, and consultants.
- Dr. Tapan Kumar Mukhopadhyay
Whole Time Director
Dr Mukhopadhyay brings with him 37 years of rich experience in SAIL and IDBI Bank where he served in different Senior Executive Positions including positions as Head of Project Finance, Project Management and Project Monitoring Department. Prior to joining CyberTech he retired as Chief General Manager and Country Head (Administration & Premises) from IDBI. During his tenure in IDBI, he had important assignments director of IDBI Bank on the board of various companies of repute. He has travelled extensively to countries like US, Japan, South Korea, Singapore etc. His articles has been published in leading newspapers like Financial Express, Business Travel etc.
Dr. Mukhopadhyay is multidisciplinary a Ph.D.(Tech.), MTech and BTech from University Colleges of Science & Technology, Calcutta University in the field of Chemical Engineering & Chemical Technology. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi with Marketing as main stream.
- Prakash Paharia
Senior Vice President and Financial Controller
Prakash Paharia brings with him an experience of 20 years in Business Operations, Financial Reporting, Tax Planning and Preparation and other Financial Controller Responsibilities.
In his current role, Prakash has helped the Company in Strategic Financial Planning, Cash Flow Analysis/Management, Risk Management, financial modeling and Budget Forecasting. Prakash has Multi-National Financial Experience and most recently been CSU Finance Manager with Accenture LLP, Philadelphia. In the past he has also served as a Company Secretary, Controller, Financial Analyst, Accountant, Tax Consultant for small to medium sized companies in US and India. He is an LLB from University of Rajasthan, India with a Masters in Finance Management from Mumbai University, India. He also holds certification like Chartered Company Secretary from India and CPA (Certified Public Accountant) from USA.
- Ambadas Bhore
Senior Vice President and Director Delivery
Ambadas joined CyberTech in February 2003 and presently serves as Senior Vice President & Director of Delivery. He has over 19 years of experience in the IT Industry. Ambadas handles multiple aspects of global delivery ranging from Business Process Reengineering to Account Management to Business Development to Strategic IT Planning. Building upon his strong track record of delivery and operations, he is the key in running an offshore delivery centre (ODC) by designing and executing project execution strategies and delivery processes.
Prior to joining CyberTech, Ambadas was project management consultant at The Northern Trust, Chicago. Ambadas managed development and implementation of Corporate Action and Cash and Stock reconciliation initiative at the bank. Ambadas started his career with CMC Ltd in India, where he was instrumental in automating Stock Exchange operations.
- Ravi Joshi
Vice President – Sales, Marketing and Aliiance
Ravi has Over 34 years of Versatile Experience & proven track record at various management levels spanning Start-Up Ops, Expansion Endeavors & Business Turn-Around in highly challenging & complex environments in Middle East + Africa, Europe, Asia & North America. Ravi has managed wide range of Business Verticals viz Auto & Downstream Auto, Specialty Chemicals, Metals, Flexible Packaging, Financial Instruments etc prior coming to CyberTech. During his career Ravi has achieved Revenue & Profit Objectives Streamlined operations, Maximized Productivity, facilitated growth-oriented ventures & led companies to record profits.
Ravi has a Masters Degree in Engineering from University of Sheffield England and an MBA in finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
- Venu Gopal
Senior Vice President Global Alliance
Venu Gopal is responsible for accelerating the global alliance with Cisco and a strong focus on driving net new sales for Cybertech Systems.With over 25 years of global experience in business development and management in network Infrastructure, Polyester film industry and several product verticals. He brings deep experience in business development, sales, and channel management. Prior to Joining Cybertech was with Accenture as Senior manager ACBG, part of the Opportunity Development group for 2.5 years with focus on Financial and Health verticals.
Venu was with Corliant from 2000 as their VP Business development for West coast and Japan. He built a sizable business with End clients and Cisco Advance service. Venu has a Mechanical engineering Degree from Madras University, India.
- Dean Deakins
Director - Public Sector Delivery
Dean Deakins has 25 years of Public Sector field service, IT and management experience and has been associated with CyberTech for over 12 years.
As a Director, Dean is responsible for Public Sector delivery including providing engagement management and service delivery to our Public Sector clients focusing on GIS and ERP implementations. These services include the development of project implementation plans, requirements analysis, solution design, presenting solution concepts and business cases for enterprise solutions and supporting cross-functional teams in the development and launch of those solutions.
Dean has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
- Vince Rosales
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Throughout his 31 career in delivering business solutions using Information Technology, Vince’s passion and deep experience with Geospatial Information Technology is abundantly clear. He has demonstrated experience in multiple capacities of application implementation including but not limited to project governance, data conversion, data development, enterprise integration, application development, strategy planning, business development, operations management, senior management and business ownership (P&L).
Vince has served in many capacities for various community and professional associations including, but not limited to Chair Boulder Denver Geospatial Technologists (Current), Rebuilding Together Metro Denver – Executive Board/Vice Chair (Current), Geographic Information Technology Association – Executive Board, Treasurer, Rocky Mountain American Congress for Surveying and Mapping – Board, Rocky Mountain Chapter Automated Mapping and Facilities Management– Founding Member, Open Fairways (Life Lessons to at risk and underprivileged kids) – At Large Board, Aurora Sports League – Assistant Coach, Head Coach, Volunteer (Youth Football).
