CSSL provides high quality offshore and onsite services to its much valued Customers and end-users on a broad range of leading technologies. The company has undertaken software projects and product development on the very latest technology platforms for Indian and global clients with utmost satisfaction.

Quality at CSSL starts with the adherence to a strong quality assurance and quality control process. The approach to quality is driven by Quality assurance mechanisms rather than quality control. For instance, as part of development process CSSL lays high emphasis on reviews. We realize that early defect prevention methods cost far less than detecting and rectifying them later. CSSL conducts regular internal project audits on its QMS, which is also subjected to periodic external surveillance audits to ensure that QMS is in compliance with prescribed ISO 9001:2000 quality standards. The processes and procedures are regularly reviewed during Management Review Meetings as a mechanism towards continuous improvement in deliverables to our customers.

Quality is not just a word in CSSL corporate philosophy, but a way of working that is imbibed in executing projects big and small. Our quest for quality and customer satisfaction is expressed in its Quality Policy and Quality objectives.

Quality Culture

Our quality culture is based on well-evolved quality systems such as the Quality Management Systems (QMS). The Quality Management System is a comprehensive repository of all departments, Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management, SAP Implementation and Post Implementation Support processes.

The Quality Assurance Group ensures adherence and compliance of the QMS repository by project teams. It maintains and enhances the QMS, based on analysis of data (metrics) and past project execution experiences gained. Our quality system fosters organization-wide sharing of knowledge, that is why the QMS of the company is available on our web-based intranet CyberPulse and thus can be accessed by all employees world-wide.
