CyberTech application monitoring team provides user support for installation & de-installation of applications, and resolving any issues which might come up during use. If the issues need escalation to specialists (Provided by CyberTech or other vendors or specialist internal teams), these issues are escalated and tracked to closure.
CyberTech Operations & infrastructure (O&I) team remotely monitors your network and servers to keep them running optimally. Using tools like HP OpenView or IP Monitor, the team ensures that servers are in good health, timely backups are taken, and partial backup jobs are identified, space utilization is proper and Antivirus updates are maintained on server & client machines per set policy
