CyberTech defines and builds C4ISR compliant Geo Intelligence Platforms for National Surveillance and Security Intelligence. We use maps as the Intelligent Presentation Platform for intelligence acquisition, management and analysis.
A GeoSpatial Critical Intelligence Infrastructure (CII) will allow targeted homeland defense and internal security activities. These systems have the following broad but important functional requirements:
- Real Time and near real time Aerial and Spatial Surveillance. Surveillance Intelligence Data needs to be gathered and be available for review, analysis and intelligence decision support.
- The Critical Intelligence Infrastructure will have to adhere to C4ISR architecture and framework to allow interoperability.
- A Network Centric Operations (NCO) center will allow continuous and ongoing Intelligence Management, Analysis and Decision support and will have to be based centrally.
- A Geographic Information System (GIS) based Presentation Layer will provide ease of Intelligence analysis and application/use.
- Finally, an ability to track fixed platforms, locations and assets in and in the immediate neighborhood. A potential ability to calculate the location of moving assets (planes, drones, satellites etc) for intelligence acquisition and collection planning.
